Decadent purple amethyst set in an engraved 14k gold brooch. The faceted oval gem is bezel set east/west in a domed oval frame. The frame is exquisitely engraved, with a floral and foliate motif that glitters in the light. A rollover security clasp fastens the piece. This is a luxurious little jewel that will enrich any outfit. Circa 1920.

Details.....The brooch measures 1.02" by .72". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
